  • Responsible for the design and implementation of a unified digital experience across the Gannett Network, including USA Today and 108 local sites, on multiple platforms including mobile, desktop and VR
  • Modernized the UX methodology, developing a user-centric process based on Design Thinking, modular components, rich IA, and online documentation
  • Unified a team of 29 UX architects and designers in 5 different locations, building a consistent and collaborative process, and developed partnerships with core partners including Graphics, Branding, Editorial and Marketing
  • Set the framework for the responsive redesign of the front-end system, and defined requirements and documentation that allows for an iterative and evolving experience
